How do I apply for a West Perth Football Club membership?
There are 3 simple ways to become a 2017 member of the West Perth Falcons.

1. Apply online by clicking the "Buy Now" button below to complete your membership application online.

Renewing members please note - to ensure your existing membership is renewed, be sure to Log In prior to completing your renewal. This will eliminate a new membership being created for you, resulting in a double-up in our system. Please contact the office on 9300 3611 if you don't know your unique log in details. 

2. Download the 2017 Membership Application by clicking here and returning it to the West Perth Football Club via one of the following methods;

  • In Person
    drop the application form off to the West Perth Football Club office at HBF Arena, Kennedya Drive, Joondalup

  • Mail
    post the application form to West Perth Football Club Membership, PO Box 11, Joondalup WA 6919.
  • Fax
    fax the application form to 9300 3612.

3. Simply call the West Perth Football Club Membership Services team on 08 9300 3611 to complete your membership application over the phone.

What happens once I have lodged my application form?
Once your application form has been received and processed by the West Perth Football Club membership team, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

This email will confirm the total amount of your membership, receipt of payment and your respective category.

Membership packs will then be available in the new year.
