Associate Members are required to register & Honorary Members can update their details via this portal in accordance with Regulation 11 - Associate Members and Honorary Members' (Version 2.2).

In addition to parents & guardians of Competitive Members, Associate Members are defined as:

• A person who officiates at sanctioned activities conducted by the Region and/or the Association; 
• A coach (officially accredited or not) who provides coaching, training, or education services to Regions and/or the Association (such as Presenter, Facilitator, Trainer, Demonstrator, etc); or
• A person who volunteers and undertakes activities in aiding Regions and/or the Association carry out their functions, duties, and powers, including those who are Members of Region Committees of the Association or of other Committees.

* Associate & Honorary membership is free and there is no cost associated with these membership categories.

Associate Members (Region & State Coaches / Officials / Volunteers).

Existing: Associate members are required to register annually via this portal. Please refer to your email notification to register which includes your login username. This is required to register, access personal details and register for special events. If you are unsure of the username/password information you can be sent a reminder by clicking on the 'username and password' in the horizontal menu above and an email reminder will be sent to your registered email address. Associate Member registration must be undertaken each year to retain Associate Membership and maintain personal details including Childsafe Credentials.

New: New Associate Members can use the 'New Registration' option on the horizontal menu in order to complete your Associate Member registration. 

All new and existing Associate Member applications will be pending until registration details can be verified. LAVic will formally notify applicants on approval.

Honorary Members (Life Governors, Distinguished Service, Meritorious Service, Jeff Crouch Award).

A membership profile has been created for all Honorary Members. Honorary Members are required to maintain their personal details in their registration profile.
