General Information


ACCESS TO THE COURSE


Spectators with a general admission ticket can move freely around the golf course, but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked, should be used when crossing the fairways. Please follow the instructions of the marshals manning these crossing points.

DISABLED ACCESS

 

There will be specified disabled viewing areas at the practice range and the 9th and 18thgreens.

Disabled toliets will be located near the main entrance and driving range and in the public facilities to the right of the 18th green.

 

RE-ADMISSION


Readmission to the course is available. Please ensure that your ticket is scanned out at one of the gates located around the course when you leave, otherwise you will not be permitted readmission.

AUTOGRAPHS


It is recommended that if people are wishing to ask players for autographs, they do so around the Driving Range.

BANKING SERVICES


No ATM facilities will be available onsite. Retail outlets will have a minimum $15 spend on all Etfpos transactions.

BANNED ITEMS


No video or audio equipments, PDA's, radios, televisions, large eskies, crates, milk crates, stepladders, signs, banners, firearms, explosive devices, etc will be permitted on the grounds. No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles may be brought onto or taken from the grounds of the Tournament. Only sealed plastic bottles may be brought into the grounds.

CAMERAS


You are not permitted to bring your camera and take photos of the players on any day of the event, except for the practice day (Tuesday) and Pro-Am day (Wednesday). Only people with official media accreditation will be permitted to take photographs.

CATERING FACILITIES 


There are many licensed catering facilities in the Public Village and on the course.

GRANDSTANDS, SCOREBOARDS AND VIDEO SCREENS


A grandstand will be located on the 18th green. Please note that smoking is not permitted on the grandstand. Scoreboards and video screens throughout the course will keep spectators fully informed of the latest action.

INCLEMENT WEATHER


In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary to evacuate the course and grandstands, please observe the instructions of the marshals.

Please be reminded that under wet conditions, the ground may become slippery and appropriate footwear should be worn. Please no running.

Spectators should wear sun protection and drink plenty of fluids in hot and sunny conditions.

INFORMATION CENTRE


The Tournament Information Centre will be able to offer assistance with general enquiries.

MOBILE PHONES


Mobile phones can distract players and the use of your phones will not be permitted on the course. Please ensure your phone is switched to silent.

MEDICAL & FIRST AID


Full medical and first aid facilities will be available in the Public Village and on course. Please see an official if medical aid is required.

OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE


Official merchandise is available for sale in the Public Village, providing a comprehensive range of menswear, ladieswear, outerwear, headwear and golf accessories.

OFFICIAL PROGRAM


Programs will be available at the entry points during the Tournament.

PETS


No pets are allowed on the course, and should not be brought to the event.
